Richard has over 30 years of financial services experience. He began his financial services career in Seattle and then was promoted to positions in San Francisco and New York. He has earned numerous awards and acknowledgements for his achievements including national speaking engagements and a Presidential Commendation for Community Service.

Richard attended the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also completed advance degree studies at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in Pension Funds and Money Management.

Richard has served on numerous civic and industry boards and committees.

A highly decorated Army veteran, Richard and his wife, Susan, are active in many aspects of the community
